As the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of the coronavirus (COVID-19), pcktvapor.com is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for all of our customers. However, we are limiting the days our warehouse staff goes in and we are only sending out orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until April 7th. This means that orders placed on Tuesday and Thursday will ship the following day. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are equally committed to taking care of our employees, and actively follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have put in place many precautionary measures and have established cleaning procedures and quarantine guidelines across all of our facilities.

Clean And Sanitize Your device After Each Use
We always recommend cleaning and sanitizing your device regularly but amid the Coronavirus outbreak we especially want to stress the importance of cleaning your device and giving a good wipe down with a disinfectant wipe after each use. For some of you, using your PCKT One Plus is something you do daily, some of you even carry it with you everywhere you go. So next time you take your PCKT One Plus out of your pocket make sure your hands and device have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Your cartridge comes in contact with many surfaces while in use, in your pocket and when laying on a table. Wiping the mouthpiece off with a clean towel or disinfectant wipe will greatly reduce your risk of exposure to potentially harmful bacteria and viruses.
