There are two ways to buy from us in volume. Factory Direct disposables, which anyone can order today without an account, and a PCKT wholesale account if you carry our line in your store. Either way you're dealing with our team directly, and we confirm your lead time personally on every order.

Option 1 · Factory Direct

Factory Direct hardware, no account needed

Hardware straight from factories we've vetted, starting with empty ceramic disposables in packs of 50 to 800, priced per pack with the unit price shown up front. Anyone can order them on our site, with or without a wholesale account, and standard sales tax is charged at checkout. Everything is tested by us, priced at the manufacturer's own wholesale price, and ships straight from the factory distribution center, separately from PCKT products. Want to test first? PCKT wholesale account

Carry the PCKT Two, VRTCL, SPRK cartridges and accessories in your store. Send us your business and reseller details and we'll get back to you within one business day. Once you're approved, wholesale pricing shows automatically when you log in, and orders with a resale certificate on file are tax-exempt.

How a Factory Direct order works

1Pick a pack. Sample, 50, 100, 400 or 800 units. The per-unit price is on every product page.

2Check out. Same cart, same checkout. Standard sales tax applies unless you're logged in to a wholesale account with a resale certificate on file. Shipping is calculated by weight, and Factory Direct items ship separately from PCKT products.

3We confirm your lead time. Within two business days we'll email you the lead time for each Factory Direct product on your order.

4It ships direct. You'll get tracking by email the day your pack leaves the factory distribution center.

Good to know

Lead times. Most packs leave within a few business days. Larger quantities and custom packaging take longer. We'll always tell you before anything ships, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it does.

Shipping. Factory Direct orders ship separately from PCKT products. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout (UPS Ground); we don't offer free shipping on Factory Direct or wholesale orders.

Promotions and codes. Discount codes, retail sales and rewards points never apply to wholesale or Factory Direct items. The pack price is the price.

Pricing. Factory Direct pricing matches the manufacturer's wholesale price list. We review it quarterly and it may change when theirs does; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Custom branding. Logos, colors, voltages and black box packaging are available on factory orders. Email us your quantities and we'll quote it.

Warranty and returns. Factory Direct products carry the factory's 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and are final sale once shipped. PCKT products sold through a wholesale account keep our one-year warranty for your customers, plus 60 days of coverage on your stock. The full details are in our wholesale terms.

Testing. We can send heavy-metal test reports for every device we list. Just ask.
