- Check out as normal. Shipping on Factory Direct items is calculated by weight at checkout (no free shipping), and they ship separately from PCKT products. Discount codes, sales and rewards points don't apply to Factory Direct items.
- Within two business days we'll email you a confirmed lead time for each Factory Direct product. Most orders ship within a few business days; larger packs and custom packaging take longer.
