A1 · Your account and pricing

Wholesale pricing appears once you're logged in to an approved account, and it's intended for resale through your business. The prices, quantity tiers and minimums shown on the product page at the time you order are the ones that apply. Discount codes, promotions and rewards points don't apply to wholesale orders. If an account is used for personal purchases, we may close it.

A2 · Payment, tax and shipping

Orders are paid in full at checkout unless we've agreed to other terms in writing. With a valid resale certificate on file, your orders are exempt from sales tax; without one, standard sales tax is charged. Orders leave our warehouse within about two business days with tracking, and shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.

A3 · Warranty

Every PCKT device you sell carries our one-year limited warranty, starting on the date your customer buys it. Your customers claim it directly with us using their receipt from your store, so you're never responsible for handling warranty replacements.

For stock on your shelf, we cover manufacturing defects for 60 days from delivery. Email us the quantity, the serial numbers and a short video of the issue, and we'll replace or credit the affected units. The same coverage and exclusions as our retail warranty apply.

A4 · Damaged, missing or returned items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within two business days with photos and we'll replace or credit it. Unopened product in its original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee; return shipping is at your cost. Opened product, gel skins and merchandise are final sale.

A5 · Selling PCKT products

You're welcome to sell PCKT products in your store and on your own website. Listing them on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay requires our written approval. Please use our product names and images as we provide them, and keep the packaging as it comes.

B1 · Who can order, and sales tax

You don't need a wholesale account to buy Factory Direct products. Anyone can order them on our site at the pack prices shown, and standard sales tax is charged at checkout, the same as a regular purchase. If you hold an approved wholesale account with a valid resale certificate on file and you're logged in when you order, your order is tax-exempt.

B2 · Pricing

Factory Direct pricing is the same wholesale pricing the manufacturer offers directly. We review it quarterly and update it to match their current price list, and it may change when the manufacturer changes theirs. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

B3 · Ordering, lead time and cancellation

Products are priced per pack and paid in full at checkout. Within two business days we'll email you the lead time for each item on your order. Most packs ship within a few business days; black box and custom-branded orders take longer. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before a tracking number is issued. Once your order has shipped, it's final.

B4 · Shipping

Factory Direct orders ship by UPS Ground with tracking, and shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. They ship separately from anything else in your cart, so you may receive more than one tracking number. If tracking shows a package was lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the ship date and we'll file the carrier claim and replace or refund the shipment once it's confirmed. Once a package is delivered to the address you provided, it's your responsibility.

B5 · Damaged or missing items

Please open and count your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within two business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the box and the affected units, and the quantity involved. We'll replace or credit those units. After two business days the shipment is considered delivered complete, because that is the window the factory allows us to file a claim.

B6 · Warranty

Factory Direct products carry a 30-day limited warranty from the delivery date that covers manufacturing defects only, such as units that are dead on arrival, won't charge, leak at the seal, or have a screen or airflow fault out of the box. Send us the quantity affected and a short video, and we'll replace or credit those units at the price you paid. Our one-year retail warranty doesn't apply to Factory Direct products.

The warranty doesn't cover problems that arise after filling, such as taste, clogging or burnt hits caused by the oil, the filling method or the capping, or damage from drops, liquids, heat, improper storage, modification or normal wear. It also doesn't cover oil, labor, packaging or lost sales. Our total responsibility on any Factory Direct order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

B7 · Returns

Factory Direct products are final sale once they ship. We recommend ordering the three-unit sample pack first, filling it and testing it before you commit to a larger quantity. If you ordered the wrong model, email us within 14 days of delivery; at our discretion we may accept unopened, sealed packs with a 15% restocking fee, with return shipping at your cost. Opened packs, filled units, black box orders and custom-branded orders can't be returned.

B8 · Testing and compliance

Every Factory Direct device has passed heavy-metal testing and our own quality checks, and we'll send you the test report on request. How the devices are filled, labeled, tested and sold is your responsibility, as is compliance with the laws and regulations wherever you sell. By ordering, you confirm that you're at least 21, that you're buying for business use, and that you're permitted to receive vape hardware at your shipping address.

For both The terms on this page at the time you order are the ones that apply to that order. We update them from time to time and always post the date at the top. Retail purchases on pcktbrand.com are covered by our refund policy and warranty, not by this page.
